• Meeting Planner members must register for the offer by clicking on the ‘Register now’ button and then following the instructions. Booking period shall be from 1 August 2026 to 31 January 2027
• Meeting Planner members must hold an Event at a participating hotel in the Greater China and complete full payment from 2 August 2026 to 31 March 2027. The ‘Event’ must meet any of the following conditions:
1) Meeting room reservation,
2) Reservation of 8 or more rooms per night related to the organization of an event, whether linked to the reservation of a meeting room,
3) Catering for 8 or more participants,
4) Event packages: Private events (wedding, birthdays), sports or association events
• The points generated cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits
