Partnering with Hong Kong Heritage Pork, Le Café of Novotel Century Hong Kong will be serving an international buffet spread featuring “Tai Chi Pork”. This unique breed combines the best traits of its parents – glossy sheen, perfect fat ratio and richly savoury taste.
Each table will be offered a serving of pork knuckles and ginger stew during the lunch buffet. During dinner section, pair your meal with free flow wine and enjoy half a lobster thermidor for each adult or senior guest. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, there will also be a free Tiramisu-making activity for kids during lunch hours. Let’s enjoy a fun-filled family time!
